A Culinary Journey through the Mediterranean

Welcome to Santorinis Mediterranean restaurant, you will find us in the heart of South Main Street, Wexford. We open our doors at 12 o’clock Tuesday through to Sunday. In the daytime, our a la carte menu is available alongside a selection of lunchtime favourites, hot beverages from the renowned Blue Butterfly company and freshly baked scones!
Into the evening we serve a large selection of dishes from all over the mediterranean, such as pasta, chargrilled meats, paella, sizzlers and many more. All of our dishes are made from the highest quality produce, sourced locally within county wexford. You will find chef’s specials, fine wine and homemade desserts to add some extra flavour to your evening! We look forward to welcoming you.

“Went for dinner on Friday for their opening night. The food was amazing, shared three starters, the chorizo and pork belly starters are amazing and perfect size for sharing. I had the seafood pasta which was so tasty and a massive portion full of prawns and calamari. Doggy bags available for those who can’t finish 😍 The atmosphere is lovely and decor is gorgeous. Ernie is the perfect host and will make you feel right at home”

First time dining in Santorinis. The service from Ernie was so attentive! Very well looked after! Orders were taken and food presented within a very reasonable time frame. The food portions are huge and very filling. My only complaint was that I couldn’t finish all of my dinner😂 Will be certainly back again soon!
